[Resolved]  India Post — clearance charge collected

I am an post office agent my customer has given cheque of rs.300000/- for opening an account of mis the cheque of given bank comes in local clearing to the banks.banks hasnt deduct any charges for clearing cheque. the postal authorities
said that it was objection of ro office but when bank are not taking any charges for clearing the cheque is there any rule of deducting comm of rs. 927 on such cheque as a post office clearing charge by kamptee hpo please confirm this thing from the head of the post department if there is any ruling about that the customer has to instruct by the postal authorities
