India Post — Letters not delivered due to shortage of manpower

Sir,
This is to inform you that three bag full of letters have remained unopened at PATIA post office(pin-751024) of Bhubaneswar, Odisha for weeks together.The postmaster says there are no postman to handle this much of load.Many of my letters and medical journals have not been delivered.Please look in to the matter or i go for a PIL.
