INDIA POST SPEED POST - Multiple Misdeliveries

The Marathahalli Post Office at Bengaluru, Karnataka (PIN 560037) has recorded apparently forged receipts for several speed post consignments addressed to me and my wife at our home in Bengaluru in recent times. One booking from Kolkata (which I personally made for delivery to my wife, on July 10, 2008, booking reference EW125836715IN) and two bookings from Mumbai (sender not known to me) on July 13, 2008, with references EM111830182IN and EM111830205IN have come to our knowledge. What, if anything, can I do to remedy this and how can I ascertain the senders from Mumbai so that they can be informed of the fact of the mis-delivery? The postman apparently responsible has been identified and a complaint in writing was lodged with the postmistress yesterday by my wife but I am concerned at trying to ascertain details of our losses and finding a solution or compensation.

i have recieved an EMS speed post of No. EM 04046488 5IN on 28th Jan2009 which was found opened and some of the documents put inside were missing.
Kindly investigate and take suitable actio against erroring officials and compensate me Rs. 50, 000 because i have been deprived of getting admission in symbiosis institute of management studies @ pune .

but in the speed post tracking website it is mentioned that it is not delivered
it is very important for me as it decides my +2 marks

But it showing on internet it deliverd on MGR SBI

Plz inform me why it is happened.

Plz needful as soon as Possible.

dear sir, i dint received the cargo which has sent from saudi arabia, saudi post with the number cp034000733sa, which has sent on 16th of december, 2009, in the name of leena d'souza, daddinakatta house, shirva post, near police station, udupi dst & tq, KARNATAKA STATE, INDIA...from mr.john baptist d'sa..pls send it as soon as possible...

have sent rakhi through speed post on 05-08-2008 to Kashipur addresses. The concerned officials confirmed that normally the consignment is delivered on second day of booking, however, latest by 10th august' 2008, the packets would be delivered to respective recipients.

When I apprehended that will it be delayed because of 10-08-2008 (being a gazzetted holiday), they assured me that people are deployed on special duty for delivering the consignments.

However, until Monday afternoon, the packets were not delivered. Only in late afternoon, did they reach the respective places.

Had it been informed before that there is no guarantee to deliver the rakhi before the day of 16th august, i would have made some other arrangements?

You may understand the sorrow of a sister who had to cut a sorry figure for her rakhi could not reach her brother well in time.

I request you to look into the matter & resolve the issue.
