[Resolved] India Times Shopping — Non delivery of FEMINA subscription . | |||
I placed an order , for one year subscription to FEMINA magazine plus a gift hamper worth Rs 1800/- on 19/01/2012 , order no [protected] at INDIA TIMES SHOPPING site and paid Rs 1120/- instantly through ICICI net banking . It is now more than 45 days and the subscription to FEMINA has not commenced yet .Surprisingly " CUSTOMER SERVICE " do not respond properly , in spite of REPEATED mails , postings at their site .. Shopping site of esteemed BENNET,COLEMAN & CO LTD of THE TIMESGROUP can not ignore a customer and take him for a ride , having made the payment before hand . Rs 1120/- is not a small amount and endless delay without assigning any reasons/communication is totally un called for from TIMES GROUP . Today , realising that I would not be able to subscribe to FEMINA through INDIA TIMES SHOPPING , I have requested them to CANCEL my order and REFUND me the full amount, immediately . Promptly comes the automated mail saying , the matter would be looked into , in another 48 hrs. TOTAL INACTION AND LACK OF CUSTOMER ORIENTATION should be looked into .and INDIA TIMES SHOPPING customers must AWARE ! Was this information helpful? | |||

Times Of India — non delivery of product(magazine)
hi!this is in regards to a femina subscription that i have with times of india, i work with a bpo firm,3g, as a part of marketing promotion i got a yearly subscription for femina magzine and i paid 650 rs for the same on the 25/04/11, every day i am calling the customer service team and i am being lied on daily basis , i am promised call backs and that is not been done, firstly my address was updated wrong by the customer care advisor, then when that was rectified i was send the courieer with the magzine, to the wrong address again , third time i was send the magzine via courier and was advised that the security person in my buliding send the courier person back saying i dont stay there ,this was told to me by the supervisor i was speaking to with times of india, i confirmed with the security person in my buliding and he told me the courier person came only once and the address was updated wrong so they had to be returned ,i called up the customer care again and spoke to same person (shalaka), who is been lying to me she told me today that the courier had to be returned as the door was locked, i was at home myself and the reason given by the supervisor is different, i am extremely upset and the service is pathetic i was informed that the magzine would be sent out to me after 4 weeks its been 12 weeks and i am still waiting for the magzine for the month for june and its the end of july on the contrary i am beeing lied and fooled on daily basis .
