India Times Shopping — Non Delivery of Products | |||
Kindly refer to my order number [protected], placed on India times on the 27.09.2012 for 2 items. Till date there is no clarity on the status of my order, I have tried all sorts of mechanism to reach India times to loud my voice of concern on the non delivery of the order placed on your website, i.e. by phone, emails and chat, everywhere I hear the same stereotypical answers that they are also not aware of the shipping status, they will escalate the issue and revert, I have even raised a case on your portal, the same is herewith enclosed, but there is no trace of a resolution. But till now I have not heard anything from any member of India Times. I demand an answer for the delay in shipping my product, as this was meant for gifting purpose, but the whole purpose is defeated by booking an order with India Times, I am now sensing some kind of a foul play by India Times Shopping. My mails and calls to Indiatimes is going unanswered. Was this information helpful? | |||

In spite of posting this complaint on your website on the 08.10.2012, these guys are not bothered to even send a mail saying that they are working towards the resolution.
This is the heights of arrogance / high handedness by India times People.
This is a reminder call for the people browsing this website to be beware while making a purchase online on the great India Times Shopping portal, thinking that this is backed by a big group Times Of India.

My response to one of the comment on the article "Shammi Kapoor passes away "' today on timesofindia.com i.e.14/8/11, 3:35 pm, was (start)"The Real Hero..."(end), which was further editted / tampered by ToI Officials to gain business vide unethical means & has opened my belief on Press being so True in bringing out News.Shame Times Of India... you have dissappointed me & I'll remember this act of yours'.
