[Resolved]  India Today And Surat Diamonds — no reebok shoes and no refund on jewellery

India Today offered me Sacred chants for 2000/-I recd those.Then they offered:1)free holiday
2)Reebok shoes
3)5000/-off on selected Surat Diamonds jewellery
Someone called and asked me what size of shoes I reqd.That was the last I heard...When I mailed them 2 mths later to find out about the shoes, I was told that the offer was not there.When I gave them proof, they backtracked and promised to send an order form.That was on 7/11/2008.i have heard nothing after that.
I used the Surat Diamond voucher and ordered diamond earrings for12, 000/- After the 5000/- voucher was adjusted, I paid 7000/-with my credit card.Enclosing their acknowledgement.

When I did not receive the order till 20/11/2008, I wrote and asked for my refund since the order was very late.This is what I got.
