[Resolved] India Today Book Club — 20 CD Pack of Spritual Music & Free Gift | |
Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to the order placed with India today, New Delhi for 20 CD Pack of Spiritual Music. The Order was taken on call from one of the executive of India Today Book club. The amount was debited on Oct 31, 2008 with trancestion reference number "[protected] 2970 700" from CITI Bank CREDIT CARD. The executive had told me that the order will be delivered in 7 Working Days, however it failed. I called there customer care @[protected] and as per there advise send an email on '[protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com' however there was action executed. I updated the same to the senior official of the company via email at the following email addresses: '[protected]@intoday.com', '[protected]@intoday.com', 'sunil.[protected]@intoday.com', '[protected]@intoday.com', 'malcolm.[protected]@intoday.com' However no reply regarding the same was given. I then again forwarded the information to [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com and called customer care number of times, however no satisfectory answare was given. I am now helpless as they are not ready to help me anymore. I talked with my bank as well regarding the same reference and now they are also showing helplessness in this regard. Could you please look into this matter as I have checked lot of blogs and there are number of other members as well how are the victims of India Today Book club. I Have no complaint but a question is their i.e. Today one of my relatives came to me and asked that he read in Times of India regarding some scheme in purchasing of 16 CD pack ( 8 vocal + 8 inst.= 16 )
classical, he tried to contact but he could not as his phone line is disturbing. and the news paper given today is the last day till 9.pm. He wants to purchase the same cd's pack willhe get scheme flashed in Times of India or not.
If, YES, then how to pay If COD is available please .mail me.
I used to be a old subscriber of I T and now I am subscriber of R D .Still I am receiving mails with offers, but now in these days I am not ina posision to avail your offers.
