[Resolved]  India Today (Bag It Today) — Special Offer Not Received

I have ordered a Reebok Track Suit through Bag it Today. They offered for a free travel voucher of 5000 Rs. In the invoice there was a unique code and a phone number[protected]. I called the number and they asked me enter the unique code on http://www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm. The website did not accept the unique code. I called the number thrice and each time they have asked for 48 hours time. Then I emailed them. Everytime they are asking for 48 hours time.

Please help me and others who get hoaxed by this company.

I have called on phone number[protected]. Lodged a complaint no 480765. After three calls I am still not able to claim my travel voucher. This is the first written notice for you to send/activate the gift. I will resend the second and third one with cc to consumer forum .
