I've purchased my 1.5 ton Carrier AC by may 2011. My Compressor is still under warranty. To replace the Compressor under warranty Carrier dealer is asking me flat Rs.4000 and he is not interested to share the split up of that 4000/-. Am trying make a complaint to carrier customer care but very very very poor response from Carrier customer care. They have a big escalate team which will work only from 12.00pm to 4.00pm but simply waste. Any good official from Carrier customer care interested to attend my complaint am very happy to welcome them.

Carrier Airconditioner — Very poor service

I lodge a complaint to customer care agianst AC not working on 12th may 2011, he give me 24 hour to resolve the problem. but there are no response from company side, i wait till 19th may but no one come to attend the problem. when i call again he write a new complain and promise to attend in next day. i write the amil many time, but this complain is open till the time, and no response given by carreir airconditioner company. after sell service of this company is very poor
