LATE DELIVERY

HELLO I AM SUNITA TARALE FROM NAGPUR MY GAS AGENCY IS OM DOMESTIC GAS AND MY CONSUMER NO.IS 5652 AND SV,NO. IS 281073 .
I AM BOOK THE CYLINDER ON 12 APRIL AND THIS AGENCY DOES NOT DELIVER THE CYLINDER TILL DATE AND WHEN I GO TO THE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THAT CYLINDER WILL DELIVER SOON SO HOW I MANAGE THIS CONDITION SO PLEASE HELP ME

sir my customer no. 03874 distributer M.M.GAS, TAILOR ROAD,
I have contineusly problem distributor not give me cylinder on time, after booking he give me gas cylinder at minimum 20 days,
now i booked my cylinder 23/4/2012 but till date not recive, may be after 2, 3 day he ask we book now this seen is contineusly doing
when i book cylinder what i do what is proof of phone booking, when i say main person he say i am not your enemy, you have no book cylinder give proof of booking

Sir,

I face same problem, every time I booked my gas but it delivered after about a month. My customer no. 26401 distributor Radharaman Gas Service, 72, Gangapuri, 24 Parganass, Kolkata.

Now I booked my cylinder on 15. 05. 2012, till today that cylinder is not delivered, but while I am verify the booking status through the no. 9088324365, it told that the gas is already delivered on 19. 05. 2012. Which is not reached at my home. Please help

Hello sir i am live in kolkata and useing indane gas . And i have book gas on may 28th but till i have not got the gas cyclinder . my conusmer no is :- 12225 and my booking no is 425196 and cash memo no is 7599 and i ask to my local gas agent they say that the 28th may booking gas has been distributors . but till i have not got, so please sir see that where are the problem. and my distributors is FREEDOM SERVICE, 5NO. MAHAJATI NAGAR P.O. RAJBARI BIRATI MORE KOLKATA - 700081

in service for every month as mentioned below.

Sir,
My customer No. 19229 distributor DINESH.GAS AGENCY KOTA, RAJASTHAN,
I have contineusly problem distributor not give me cylinder on time, I have book my cylinder on date 21/05/2012 & my booking No. is 14595 but till date 07/07/2012 cylinder not supplied by distributor & say 2, 3 days after when we call it
Please do need full action.

Sir/Madam,

1. I am costumer of you esteemed organization through agency named Parul Gas Service, Vadnagar (Gujarat). My Customer No. is 7784
2. Agency is not giving delivery in time. I have booked gas refill on dt. 19/03/2012 and delivery is given on dt. 02/04/2012 i.e. after 17 days. In January -12 I have booked on dt 24/1/2012 and delivery of refill was given on dt. 23/02/2012 i.e. after 31 days. I have also booked gas refiil on dt. 18/6/2012 but till today delivery is not given. I try to know about refil on land line No. 02761222161 on dt 24/7/2012 at 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm but no response from agency. Some time phone is busy and some time no reply.
3. Agency is not giving computerized retail invoice.
4. Agency charged Rs. 415/- + Rs. 10/- carting charges. Up to 5 km free delivery is given by the company. But my village is within 5 km. So carting charge is not admissible, but agency is charging carting charge.
5. Therefore it is requested kindly look into the matter & solve there grievances on priority.
