passport — corrections in passport

respected sir,
i had recieved my passport but i have got my husband name with some change when compared to his passport (slight change).i mean my husband name differs in his passport and mine does it creates any problem when we go out for abroad does i need correction.plz suggest me.

My name is wrongly spelled in passport as SHYNI instead of Shiny
where all other documents like pancard, SSLC book has the correct speeling

May i know the procedure
Can i get it done from any pasport office irrespective of where its
been issued before ( i mean in any state )

I received my passport dated on 27.09.2011.After receiving my passport i checked all my particulars and I found mistake in my name.My correct name is "SWETHA SAMEERA CHILUKURI" but in my passport the name is printed as " SWETHA SAMERA CHILUKURI" which is wrong in SAMERA one "E" is missed.In all my certificates my name is SWETHA SAMEERA CHILUKURI.MY File Ref.Number A03412411.

It is therefore request you to kindly correct of my name as "SWETHA SAMEERA CHILUKURI" instead of "SWETHA SAMERA CHILUKURI".Please do the favour to me.

I am a holder of Passport No. A[protected] issued on[protected] on PATNA.But there is a mistake in my name it is MOHAMMAD ZEESHAN IMAM instead of MD ZEESHAN ALI IMAM AND MY F NAME MD SHANAAZ IMAM instead MD ISHRAT IMAM . Althogh i had attached correct documents.and went to. Now I want to do this correction .

Dear Sir,
I got my passport from Lucknow. My name in B.Tech. and High school (date of birth proof) is given as MOHD AAMIR KHAN. i applied for passport with same name, but i received passport with name MOHAMMAD AAMIR KHAN.
I tried Lucknow office and they put comment on first page of passport as MOHD AAMIR KHAN. I moved to chennai and tried for passport renewal here and got to know that my name in passport office record is not changed yet and i got passport issued with name MOHAMMAD AAMIR KHAN.

Please let me know what i can do to change the name in passport as per degree certificate ?

I received my passport .After receiving my passport i checked all my particulars and I found mistake in my husband name.My husband correct name is "SURESH CHAND" but in my passport the name is printed as " SURESH KHAND" which is wrong in place of "C"there is "K".MY File Ref.Number GZBZ32243712.

It is therefore request you to kindly correct of my husband name as "SURESH CHAND" instead of "SURESH KHAND".Please do the favour to me.and let me no the procedure to correct it
