The Head Post Master General Post Office Bistupur, Jamsnhedpur - 831001 I would like to bring to your kind notice that I posted 2 envelopes (mentioning RAKHI on the top) through Gamharia Post Office, PIN: 832108, one for Noida and another for Pratapgarh by U.C.P. on[protected]. Both the envelopes have not reached their respective destination on[protected]Rakhi Festival day) after 10 days. The citizens of India have a lot of faith in Postal Dept. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I posted 1 Document (UCP on the top) through your post office, for Jhuma Rani Haldar, Basudebpur Po-Raghunathganj dist of Murshidabad-742225 by U.C.P. on 8th January 2010. The documents till now have not reached this respective destination after 25 days.
The citizens of India have a lot of faith in Postal Dept. Hope you will take required action so that such type of incident do not occur and kindly help me the same.
