Sir, I, Bharati Paul, am a customer of RT Nagar bangalore. Karnataka
post office branch since 2009. Initially the post office is to
undertake the daily work manually and partial computer, management and
works were so fast. There is no waiting in a long queue, but now days is
fully computerised and manpower is sufficient, than ten persons in
queue to reach counter, it takes more than hours.The post master does
not listen any complaint or ready to make the complaint in the
complaint book. She said that all over India new software is so slow, it
is fault of software. It is request to the concerned authority to
vigilance the matter for the speedy up the work in Post Office to avoid
the waiting in long queue. It is also requested to inquire whether, the
