Indian Postal Services — Non Payment of Matured amount of NSS

Dear Sir ,
I had deposite ammount of Rs 10000/- and 15000/- in the year 1991 at Kathara Post office (GIRIDIH ZONE). Now i applied for matured ammount payment through BURLA post office (ORRISHA) on 22nd August 12 .
Regrate to State that till date this matured ammount hjave not been Paid .
Pl help for getting the matured ammount .
