Respected Sir/Madam This is to bring in your notice regarding incorrect details been provided regarding arrival and departure of trains bu both Railway enquiry number 139 and website (http://www.trainenquiry.com/indexNS.aspx) I have to travel by train 7203 ( bhavnagar Kakinada Experess ) as on 13th June 09, from Surat to Secunderabad, when i made call to number 139, it said the train is running on its scheduled(right) time, but when i reached Railway station i came to know train is delayed by approx 4 hours.. which is expected to arrive Surat by 18:08 hours Same is the case with the Website.. So i would request you to please check both, and take some action. I would be vety happy to receive some responce from you regarding same. Thanks in advance Was this information helpful? | |

I have to travel by train 15610 ( Awadh Assam ) as on 27th January2013, from Delhi to Deoria, when i made call to number 139, it said the train is running late by 2 hours, but when i reached Railway station i came to know train already left the station and was on time .
Same is the case with the Website..
So i would request you to please check both, and take some action.
I would be very happy to receive some response from you regarding same.

Today 139 has given wrong information about Ltt - gorakhpur train departure time from lokmanya terminal. On enquiry to 139 the customer care has informed that train is late by 2hrs 30 mins. But train was on time
why do we have such crap misleading systems to live with. Why no action is taken inspite receiving so many complains. Why consumer should always suffer even after paying hefty money and taking so many precautions.

I have book a ticket from Samarla Kota to Guntakal. Train Name: Amaravathi Express Transcation ID: [protected] . through internet and in online banking amount is deducted through my account but i didn't receive the e-ticket and even the ticket will you please provide me my ticket.
