[Resolved]  Indian Railway — Regarding non receipt of parcel

Dear sir, I have booked one motorcycle make Hero Honda Passion Pro PRB NO. 550393
from Delhi Jn to Ballia Jn on 11 Nov 11 at around 1500 hr. According to railway rules it should reached at the destination within 48 hr but till date on (23 Nov 11) I have not received my motorcycle . Many time i asked to them but they are not taking interest to brought my parcel .So i kindly request you to please do the neatful in my favour so that i get my parcel in time .
