Railways — non issue of tdr
i was traveling by train no 12562 on 05/01/2011 with my wife and grandson from new delhi to muzaffarpur .pnr no [protected] by a.c 2 tier on a e-ticket.train started app.3 hors late and further got delayed for another six or more hours due to some technical fault on the track. As the train was already nine to ten hours late at kanpur and we being sr.citizen couldnot bear any more stress we decided to terminate our journey at kanpur. we requested dsm at kanpur station to either issue a tdr for the e ticket. but we were told that no tdr can be issued against an e ticket also we were denied a break journey as the distance from new delhi to kanpur was less than 500km. my complain to railways is that when a tdr to normal ticket can be issued to a ticket why it cannot be issued to e-ticketkedar mehrotra

It is with great regret that we bring to your notice the fact that because of the late running of Duronto express No. 12281 on dt.25.12.2011(PNR NO.[protected] we were not able to catch the Satabdi exp no.12017 from Delhi to Haridwar on.26.12.2011(PNR NO[protected]
As per principle we requested a refund at Delhi but as the ticket was on Tatkal we were denied the refund due to us.
Since the fault was never with us for missing the train we request you to take a step to ensure that we are not denied of our legitimate refund money after suffering problems caused by the late running of the train.

NEF RAILWAY — WATER PROBLEM
THE SERVICE IN RAILWAYS HAVE BECOME WORST THESE DAYS, THE ATTENDANT/TECHNICIAN ALL THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ON BOARD SERVICES HAVE NO CONCERN THAT THERE IS NO WATER IN THE BRAHMAPUTRA MAIL RUNNING FROM DELHI TO GUWAHATI (28TH APR'2012).
