Indiaplaza — No refund of money and non delivery of items | |||
I ordered a couple of items from Indiaplaza on Feb 13th, 2013, and during the process of ordering, the transaction supposedly failed according to Indiaplaza. Therefore, I made the payment of Rs. 1009/- for the second time and Indiaplaza gave the message that the transaction was successful (Order No. I[protected]). However, I found later that my card was charged twice and I posted a ticket on the Indiaplaza website since their phone number listed did not work. I have not received any reply. The items ordered were supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days, but nothing has been shipped so far. These were gift items for a birthday and the birthday is long over. The status just says Ready to Ship for the last many days. If it is ready to ship, why has it not been shipped? There is no way to reach Indiaplaza over the phone as the number listed says they are closed for maintenance and nobody replies to the tickets I have posted on their site. If they were closed, they should not have let us order and say that the items will be shipped in 2-3 days. I would like my money back for the failed transaction and the products delivered immediately. This is one of the worst online services I have come across. www.Indiaplaza.in — Non-delivery of goods and no refund
Online shopping from www.indiaplaza.inOrder No.[protected] dated 24th July,2009.
I had ordered an item called Rakhi on 24/07/2009 to be delivered in USA (date of delivery - 4th August,2009).
The order was not executed for reasons best know to them. Now I have sent numerous emails to their customer care and they always respond with standard reply we are investigating and will revert back to you.
Now it is more than 45 days and till date neither have they been able to find out why the product was not delivered nor have they given me any refund.

Indiaplaza — Non Delivery of Item
Hi ,I have redeemed 4800 point of Manhattan Platinum credit from IndiaPlaza website, and ordered an item, almost a month back. My order no. is IN[protected] and still the ordered item it is not shipped to my address. I made several calls on[protected]/[protected] tel. no. to know the status but no one picks up the call.
I dont know to whom i should raise the conern as no one from IndiaPlazas is reachable. Can anyone please help on this??
Indiaplaza — Non Refund
Dear Sir,I ordered a mini vacuum cleaner from Indiaplaza on 12th Jan 2011. I waited for 1 month since they said no stock. I asked for cancellation and Refund on 12th Feb (saturday). Its been more than 3 days and no status again. I ordered through Citibank reward points. My reward points will get expire by march 2011 if I dont use it. I dont know what to do, and I came across this and hope you can help me. My order no. in Indiaplaza is IN[protected].

Indiaplaza — Product Part Missing from box
I have received a Nokia 5233 mobile phone from Indiaplaza on 24th September 2011. After opening the box I found that there is no headset as it was mentioned in the box. So I lodged a complain at the website, but till date nothing has been done to solve the problem. I have mailed my complaint on your website through my account every time you people delete old comment from your side and put new one.
Is your company is so poor you can not give refund for which you fail to deliver goods which i have booked before Diwali.
Every time on comment they give within few days you will get refund which is of just Rs.99/-.

Non delivary of itemsI ordered a product on 8 dec'12 and order no. is[protected] they gave the date of delivery on 10, then 15, then 20 then 25 then 2 jan '13 then 17 jan then 19 jan and after that again they have given the date of on 21 jan but still we have not received the product.

Indiaplaza — Non delivery, non refund of goods
Hi,A camera was ordered on December 31, it still has not been delivered - they refuse to specify what their refund policy is and keep asking for a few days more. I have emailed 5 different people so far, now they want another 3 days - will the camera work after having been kicked around for so long? This is not a pleasant experience, please think carefully before buying from them... it seems to be third time unlucky for me (Deathly Hallows and a mp3 player the first few times), this time the amount involved is also larger. And who does one complain to? There seems to be no complaint mechanism, they promise to call back and never do, and so far I have corresponded with five different people! I don't want delivery now, the camera may be dmaged, only a refund. This is turning out to be a very bad experience.
