The Sub Order Number: 1480693 of the Order Number:[protected] bearing Item Number / Product Number : 1817501; Item SKU No : MC-US-RA104RK-RA; Item Title : 4 Rakhi + Roli Chawal - USA was booked on August 6, 2008 and the payment was done in advance. But this suborder has not been delivered even after 10 days.
I spoke to the Customer Care(sad part is that they work from 8am till 8pm IST) twice since morning on [protected] who in turn told me that this would be delivered within 8pm and when I called up at 8pm I get a message that the Customer Serrvice is not available during this time as the timings are over for the day.

I want a very action to be taken against this company so that they dare not do the same thing to some one else.

Its our hard earned money and they cheat people and make lots of wealth.

Please help me with this.
