Indiatimes Shopping — Indiatimes delaying the refund

I am Hrushikesh Vaidya from Pune. Recently (Nov 2012) I purchased Samsung galaxy s3 from Indiatimes shopping.
At the time of delivery the courier guy asked for Octroi charges. I immediately contacted Indiatimes shopping customer care and asked if I am suppose to pay
octroi charges. I was told to pay upfront and get the reimbursement. Accordingly I paid the charges and collected all the receipts. I have submitted all the necessary
receipts to Indiatimes backend department for which I have got the acknowledgement on 29th Nov. Since then I am waiting for the refund.
Whenever I call then I get a standard answer that "your issue has been raised to higher department and we will get back within 24 hrs" But I never get a callback or
neither Indiatimes support team bothers to reply my mails.
I sincerely feel Indiatimes is a FRAUD organization and please don't purchase anything from them.

Indiatimes Shopping — Delay in delivery of courier

With reference to AWB Number---[[protected]], I am to say that my order from Indiatimes was shipped on Feb 7, 2009 but I has not been delivered to me yet. Please check the status and let me know.
