i have placed a order for a tablet on 24th April 2013 in Indiatimes shopping by seeing the advertisement in the times of India newspaper. still now i have not received the product. After continuous followup with them also they have not delivered the product. atlast on 27th of April i asked them to cancel the order then they said that it will take 5-10 days to get refund of my amount. but till date i have received any refund. while contacting them they r just giving excuses to me but no solution is been provided to me. so i expect the solution regarding this very soon from your side.

Indiatimes.com — Order Related-shopping

Order no[protected] booked on 17/2/2008 as per web order reached within 7 days .But inspite of 4-phone calls and several mails I have not received my product till date.
Dear sir,
the indiatimes web page is note opening from 2 days...dats why im unable to check my mails.

India Times Shopping — Refund

I had placed an order on India Times Shopping for purchase of some merchandise. They had acknowledged and accepted the order. However after about 8 days or so they sent mail saying the said order was cancelled and that they would refund the money. The catch of course is that refund below a certain amount will be in form of India Times shopping voucher (which means I am forced to purchase something). This is unfair as I should get refund through Credit card reversal. Why should I be forced to purchase stuff from India times.

To my mind it is unfair practice and against all norms of consumer contract.
My reference no. [protected] booked via telephone and make payment through credit card. As per newspaper dated 24.07.2009 order reached before Raksha Bandhan dated 5.08.2009 .But inspite of many calls and mail I have not received my product till date.

This mail was send before one month but i do not recieved any reply.My concerns is I was call minimum 20 times to your executive some executive is reciever my phone but after some time your executive is disconnect to phone these executive name is Rashmi,Priyamka,Suraj.I was complaint 20 oct.2009 Pls cancel my order.your executive say sir after six working day your order will be cancel but I was call after six working day then she(rashmi) say we take again six working .Dear sir Pls take any action.She (priyanka) also say within 24 hours my executive will call to but I do not recied any call,When ever I was complaint this Problem she say my database is showing my executive was called already to you.Again I call Friday 6 Nov.2009 she say within 24 hours your order will cancel and my executive will call to you,but after two day I do not recieved any call.In this condition what we do?
Pls take a action.

Shopping.Indiatimes.Com — Order cancelled but refund not yet received

I have ordered a mobile phone about 20-21 sep 2009 and made payment by ICICI credit card of amount 3149/-. The order no. is [protected]. Immediately after 3-4 days I have cancelled the order and got the cancellation No 1248355 by phone. At that time they have committed to refund the amount within 6 working days. But today on 24-11-09 also I have not received the refund to my credit card account. In between I have made so may calls to them at their customer complaint no. [protected] which were attended after 15-20 minutes every time and got a complain reg. No. 7694 dt. 26/10/09, 23428 dt 23/11/09 but till now the amount was not refunded.
I booked imported car audio video stym throgh order no[protected] sub order no 2294301 which I cancelled after received the item due to I was not happy with product so I canclled cancllion no1250625 and T.N.T apporeced me and collected item and give me no T.N.T DO[protected] W W ON 23/09/09 which I informed you by phone and email but refund still not received this 2nd reminder please do it early thanks

I have one MP3 shuppel Oder on Indiatimesshopping.com then they was not deliver to me of my oder in 10 days so after i cancel my oder on date 30/09/09. but this company is not given refund till day.

i have ordered a product in indiatimesshopping in there website shopping.indiatimes.com on 4 th of december 2009 and i placed the cheque no 435985 of rs 1540/- .the cheque got cleared on 12 th of that month .in there web site they mentioned that product has been cancelled due to not producing the cheque.i have called to customer care regarding this and sent the scanned copy of my bank statement to their mail address called [protected]@indiatimes.co.in and [protected]@indiatimes.co.in still there are not resopnding to my problems so please help me in this problem

they are big cheaters, they dupe thousands of innocent public by giving lucrative advertisements and swallow the money of thousands of people..

Advise all your nears and dears, friends and acquantices not to fall prey of Indiatimes Shopping.
this way Indiatimes Shop will be totally closed when they will have no customers at all. You know it takes years to build Reputation and it takes seconds to spoil it.

India Times — Not received the refund

I have given order (Order no.[protected] for an E-phone as per their news paper ad. As I have found some deffect in the handset, I have returned the same to India times for replacement( Courier Bill TNT No.DO[protected]WW dtd.18/10/2010). As I have made enouph calls to the India times customer care, They said the same handset canot be replaced and so they may refund the amount. Till now I have not received the refund. I have made several complaints( Ref.No.586423,[protected] No response. I have sent several email complaints against which I have not received a single reply.
Therefore I am requesting your goodself to intervene in this matter and resolve the same at the earliest.

Indiatimes.com — Order not delivered

I bought a cellphone cover for Rs. 795 from shopping.indiatimes.com. It has been two months now and I still have no clue of where my order is (See image attached). All the online chats, emails and phone calls to the customers service are falling in deaf ears.
I will never purchase anything from this site again. I am thinking of sueing the company and drag it to court.

India Times Shopping — non refund of amount

I ordered 1 nokia lumia 710 handset from india times shopping on 10 feb by making payment in advance and promised date of delivery was 14 feb, but when i not received the same by 17 feb , i requested for the cancellation of the order and they responded that the amount will be refunded in 7-8 working days.
But still today i am not getting my money and now while contacting they again want 7-8 working days.
Please help in refunding my amount asap, as this company using my money .
