3 Books ordered via the web site of bookshop of india

I had ordered 3 books from the web site: https://www.bookshopofindia.com/default.asp

The book has not been delivered which was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days. Reading all the complains regarding this web site it is hard to believe that it is not fraudulent. There is no communication from the customer care, either via e-mail or the phone no. which no one picks up.
I can see they regularly update their facebook page...
