Indiatimes Shopping Website — non delivery on time | |||
I am writing to this complaint against www,indiatimes.com webportal. I ordered one whirlpool refrigrator from this website on dated 24th march 2013 and ordered time delievery date mentioned on my receipt till 10th April 2013. From last week i am regular calling to indiatimes customer care [protected] number for confirm my order status so just they give me only one answer it will deliever soon. Today on 11th April 2013 i called same customer care number so for complaint the product not delievered so their executive said from ourside its shipped now you have any option to wait. Regarding the same issued i try to contacted with this website email services but they have also replied the same . Now at last i am writing here so kindly look into this matter and try to ressolve. But to my surprise , i received only 1 soap out of 4, this was really disguisting and unfaithful on their part . I think this site is just for fooling and cheating puropse and make money from it.
