Infibeam — Continuous Delaying of order | |
I had ordered a Samsung Battery EB494358VUCINU(Order id[protected] from Infibeam.com on 16 May. They claimed that they would dispatch the product in 2-3 days. After waiting for 4 days, I called them. They told that they would dispatch it the next day. I called them 5 times and they had the same reply that they would dispatch it the next day. I was to go on a vacation, so needed the battery urgently. I had to buy another phone since they could not send the battery on time. Today I called them again and they told that they dont have a warehouse so they don't keep any product with them and they procure it once they get an order and then dispatch it. On the basis of this premise, they should not claim that the product is on stock and thus fooling the consumers. Today, I asked the supervisor from Infibeam for his seniors email id so that I could register my complain with him/her but the supervisor denied giving the email id.
