[Resolved] Infibeam — Unresponsive customer care. | |||
Infibeam is the worst company in terms of customer care and it is a fraud. See the sequence of events: 10th jan 2013 - ordered a micromax phone 14th jan - recieved the phone 15th jan- phone stopped working 16th jan- informed the company 21st jan- company picked up the phone ......and after that, company: we dont have a refund policy company : we can give you infibeam credit for the same amount Me : ok company : no we are shipping the same repaired product Me: when Me - called around 2 dozen times and mailed around a dozen times Mails- never replied calls- execs say hold on and hang up after 7-8 min. The phone is lying with the company for last 35 days and for the last 25 days they are saying we will reship it but dont have any update on reshipment. Now customer executives have started saying we dont have any info you are free to take any action you want to. The consumer court process is so complex (had gone to distt consumer forum in chandigarh). What should i do ? Was this information helpful? | |||
