[Resolved] Infomedia 18 — Fake Gifts Assurance | |||
The Complaint is regarding the INFOMEDIA 18 ( Thane Branch ) , B2B Portal " Ask Me". I had taken their subscription for online display of my company on their website and also the " Yellow Pages " Directory that they distribute. for this service i paid them approximately Rs. 25000/-. in the month of July'2010. the Company had assured me of gifts which was supposed to be chosen out of a few options. In which i had selected a ONIDA Slim TV. It has been 7 months since then , and there is no response from their office headed by Mr. Narendra Joshi. Everytime I enquire, I get the same response that it is under process, etc. Was this information helpful? | |||

The complaint is regarding infomedia18 T3 magazine. I made subscription for the same twice on 05/03/2010 for Rs. 699/- each (trsn. no.[protected] &[protected] through PNB net banking. But I never eceived confermation/receipt for 2nd transaction I made[protected] dt. 05/03/2010). I gave in writing along with bank statement, mail also and I talked to Sheetal Kotawdekar so many times but she never find out the 2nd trns. of Rs. 699/-. I hardly received 6 issues out of 12 during the year. I mail about this to Mrs. Sheetal as well as customer care but never received any responce. I would like to suggest to other readers never subscribe to infomedia18.
