[Resolved]  Maruti Alto — insurance claim

I bought new maruti alto on 20.10.2009 on 19.12.2009 my car met with a accident. I call competent motors from where I bought the car. They have done the repair and charged 50% of rubber products from me.

I dont know how oxygen sensor, fan engine cooling are rubber parts

I want justice

Maruti Alto — statement of account- transaction details from 1 April 2008 to 2009

Sir,
i am a regular customer of maruti insurance becouse of your good service rendered. but for the first time i have faced a problem with your service and bad behaviour from your insurance staff at Competent auto at Gutkaar and insurance agent/surveyr.
Sir on 08.06.2010 i had parked my car on road side and suddenly a bike cam and hit with my car on right side at fanter and door portion. My car was parked so the persin driving the bike was safe but his bike got some damaged. For me mu car got damaged on fenter and door. Me and the person with bike got compromise and no fir was lodged whereas i was late for office and forgot to note the Bike no also.
Then on 10.06.2010 i went to Competent Service station from where i used to do insurance. This time he was so rude and i was not knowing what to tell. He kept me waiting for 02 hours as his surveyar was called. But earliar they had told us during the insurance that.. Our insurance free from surveya and amny many advantage. moreover earliar it was very good and up to the mark of promices. But this time i am not happy with the service you provide. Apart from your insurance people is not ready to change my front Bumper also which was damaged few days ago again. i could not claim this becouse i am a govt employee and i did not have time to visit. But this time due to accident i visited to your service station tryed to convince them. But surveyar and Maruti insurance person not willing to listen me.
Any way this is my last insurance with maruti. if this is the behaviour from your insurance people, it is better to do insurance from any other insurance agency. and i am going to share this bitter experiance with all my NTPC people whoever is youe customer.

Maruti Alto — insurance

my alto modle mar2009 accident in(by mistake driver car was 3 times rolled and large damege and my wife was major injuries in head and some me sholder my age is 60 years ) mar 2010 after reneval so i have late complaint for FIR and after insurance .. so insurance company tell me you are not able to clame this policy your time is out time period is after accident 48 hours. i say i am not able to come your office and i am alone with my wife no children so iam totaly depends on my neighbour and others relative so.... plz tell me what can i do accident date 30/4/2010 fir 27/7/2010 insurance 3/09/2010
