complaint against Indane GAS LPG service
I m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is K16094 & the agency Name is Kasna Gas agency, Greater Noida. I had booked for a cylinder (online booking ref no 4, at 8:46pm on 14 Nov 2008) but till now it is not Delivered at my home. Also their phone is impossible to get.

I am a LPG Indane customer with North End Gas Centre, Barasat, Kolkata and my consumer Number is 11867( name - NITIN CHOUDHURY). I have booked for refile on 20/11/08 and 22/12/08. It is nearing two month, I did not get any refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. Till today(16/01/09) it is not Delivered at my home.
Please take nessesary action .

I have also lodged similar complaints in the month of May 2009 but there was no response from anybody and complaint is still unattended. I think lodging such complaint nowadays serve no purpose as corruption, malfunction is the order of these days.

Respected Sir
We would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that we the inhabitants of Nabadwip town in the District of Nadia, State-West Bengal, Pin- 741302, have been suffering a lot for getting supply in connection with Indane Gas Cylinder in our houses. We already lodged complaint in this regard to Indian Oil Corpn., Kolkata but no action has yet been taken by the authority. To cut the long story short brief points are furnished below for your kind perusal.
1. There is always a crisis perhaps artificially created by the distributor as we feel. As a result every consumer has to beg for a cylinder. The name of the distributor is M/s. MAHAPRABHU INDANE SERVICE, CODE NO. 99130002, Address: RAMSITA PARA, P.O.- NABADWIP, DT.- NADIA, PIN- 741302, STATE- WEST BENGAL; Prop.- Mr. Kartick Chandra Saha ; Ph. No. 03472-242622.
2. There is 30 days gap between the date mention in cash memo and physical delivery of gas by the distributor. Whereby the distributor has imposed local restriction on the consumer. One consumer can book his cylinder after 15 days of physical delivery date which is signed by the delivery man. Thereafter a gas cylinder reachES to the consumer after 45 days.
3. In gray market cylinder are always available with higher price. The Distributor’s staff, officers & delivery man are engaged for doing the nexus.
4. In every corner under distributor’s jurisdiction & out of his jurisdiction the restaurants, dhabas, sweet shops, auto rickshaw & small 4 wheelers are using domestic gas which is supplied by this distributor through his delivery men. Therefore those are also benefited in costing, for purchasing of domestic gas cylinder with higher price in place of using commercial gas cylinder. Special care is taken from distributor’s end to ensure their regular delivery.
5. We are habituated to get LPG 10 -12 Kg in place of 14.2 Kg. Instead of repeated complaint, the distributor does not bother to pay any head to their complaint.
6. The new connection will be made if applicant commits to purchase cooking oven, apron, gas light, gas table etc. from distributor whose price is so high than local market. In so many cases this distributor disagrees to give new connection after produce original cash memo of ISI marked oven.
7. But the irony of fate that this Distributor has got “Star Distributor” but existing consumers has not got this facility.
Apropos of it, kind intervention in this matter is solicited after snooping out the truth of these complaints so we the citizen can get rid of the serious difficult problem which ought to be accomplished answered or dealt with.

Dear Sir,
My consumer No is 4156.And i am a resisdent of panchkula. i had booked my gas on 23/12/2010. And even after several reminder, and my personal visit to Satyam Gas Agency located at sector 9/panchkula, they could not deliver me gas till today. I am very frustated by their services.
If you value your customer even 1%, then please direct them and take a firm and necessary action against this gas agency so that consumers are benefited.
And another issue is that i had applied for second cylender(DBC) on 1st dec 2010. Still they did not approve it.
I am very very very disappointed by your control over such gas agent(like your authorised satyam here). Please please...take a very firm action and solve both of my problems.

We are extremely uncomfortable and unfortunate while booking and taking delivery of domestic LPG cylinders.
1. We have to try numerous times for getting the telephone connected for booking our requirement due to inefficient and insufficient number of booking clerks. It has been observed several times by me and my friends that the telephone receiver is kept a side to avoid receiving calls, so that the caller feels the telephone is very busy which is an act of arrogance and deliriction of duty. We feel extremely lucky whenver the call goes through.
2. We feel this problem can be avoided if the booking is accepted through SMS and email, provided the mobile numbers and email id and confirm back the serial number of booking without fail.
3. The delivery date and time are most unpredictable. We are tied down, indoors, till delivery. If the delivery boy comes and the home is found locked, the cylinder will go back and never come again. We have to forego a lot of outdoor assignments causing a lot of inconvenience, stress, mental agony and tension.
4. In our view this problem can be solved, if the date and approximate time of delivery are informed either by phone or sms, one day in advance. You are at liberty to charge for this service. Such simple measures will ease our lives and avoid avoidable problems with your co-operation and treating the consumer as a customer but not a beggar.
5. In the instant case, the bill no. 4261 was raised on 16/7/11 and delivered at 1:15pm on 31/7/11.
Can you assure and prove that the deliveries are effected without flouting the serial / queue, without any preferences and nepotism?
You may not imagine the torture and tension we face for 15 days.
6. The next booking is never accepted within 21 days from the date of delivery, meaning that we will be eligible somewhere in september with a gap of around 70 days from the date of our earlier booking which is quite abnormal and unjustified.
You are requested to stream line the booking and delivery operations and save us from avoidable harassment.
Don't you wish to help the consumers or do you suggest to take the help of judiciary to protect their rights?

sir I am a LPG customer withe north east gas center, bokakhat dist-golaghat, assam and my consumer no is 5603.(Radhesyam kalika).Our gas connection registration held in 1999.On date10 /9/2011 I have loss my s v. Now the gas agency maneger tell me to give my s v .and they told me you have two gas cylinder but I have one cylindder and there computer registration swowing one connection but they give presur and my gas connection I D card they take and not give me.and my gas I D card write on there by mitakely 2 gas cylender.now they tell me to give Rs 900 to relief your I D card because here in I D write two connection and you have 2 cylinder.or doing verry bad behave. This particular mail is for the behavior of your coordinator Mr Sunil kumar, mobile no 9417217941 is very uncourteous, rude, even he do not know how to talk with lady customer his behavior is not tolerable with any single customer This is very miserable for your indane oil company that you have appoint such a these kind of persons to handle customer problems . who himself does not know the meaning of customer handling .Today i have faced a lot of problem with that person he continuously disconnecting my phone and at last i am able to contact him while talking with him i feel very much disappointment from his way of talking .More over we don't have any complaint of our gas agency M/S Sant Gas ludhiana and we would like to inform you that since you have started gas booking online its a very troublesome and difficult and more ever supply will take about 15 days where as we are getting a supply from agency with in a week time previously . so it is my request to do comfortable system for the consumer so that supply will not effect more than one week .

I m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is DG13883 & the agency Name is Dagar Gas agency, Plot No:21, Pocket E-20, Sector 3, Rohini ND-85 . I had booked for a cylinder (online booking ref no vide Booking No. 6656 (online bookibf by telephonic), on 04 Feb-2012) but till now it is not Delivered at my home. Also their phone is impossible to get.

dear sir,
i am an indane gas cunsumer, but still i have a problem with our gas distributer ( shahid lal singh gas agency narnaul), since 2 days my regulator have been faulty but my distributer demand me for 100 rupees for replacement of regulator. but my regulator is only 5 months old, my regulator is in warranty. they do not want to give me any proof of 100 rupees for replacement of regulator . they do misbehave to me and other customers.
please take action agaist them.

My consumer No: 37829. Booked on 24th after the due dates. I got sms saying that my booking no: 335389. My cash memo no: 1086. GANESHA GAS AGENCIES, MOGAPPAIR, CHENNAI -37. giving lot of wrong information about supply. Today 9th august 2012, they said they have service only one day in a week. that is Saturday. This is too much.
DABC apartment is famous, and nearest apartment to reach easily. what is this. something wrong with dealer supply.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

PanchKula Haryana Consumer No 23027, earlier i was in Roorkee (Uttarakhand ). in the month of March 2010 i had applied to transfer my gas connection from Roorkee To Kalka and surrenders two cylinders in there office . The Agency has accept my application and issue to us a Transfer Voucher No 21566180000288 dated09/03/2010 by M/s Chavi gas service Roorkee Distt. Haridwar (Uttarakhand ) Agency code No 156618, but I could not get my security amount for two cylinder .Therefore you are hereby requested look the matter and do the needful.

Iam Ashok kUMAR Rai, my consumer no is 00058 OF Sumitra indane gas agency bhatni, Deoria.. After 21 day's ban i have booked for refilling of cylinder.
0n dated 29-09-2012, and today is 16th November, the gap of supply in bitween 37 days. how can we feed ourselves it is unknown.

Myself Gulshan Kumar is complaining about false booking and false delivery of LPG cylinder by using my consumer number by my local distributor, Gas and Gadget, Mahanagar, Lucknow and my LPG gas cylinder consumer number is GG-14097A. As my phone number is registered with IOCL SMS service number 544111, on 30th of November I was surprised to receive a sms of LPG booking via number 342780, cash memo number 7602, even though neither I have booked the cylinder nor I received the cylinder. I complaint about the same on phone number 18002333555 and allotted the complaint number as 737175 and a response within 48 hours, but till today no response. And surprisingly again today I have received again a sms of sms, regarding booking of my gas cylinder via booking number 344149. Even today I have not booked any cylinder. Again today I complaint on phone number 18002333555 and now the complaint number is 743356. NOW I THINK THAT UNDER MY CONSUMER NUMBER SOMEONE IS BLACK MARKETING THE CYLINDER NUMBER AS THE NEW POLICIES RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF SUBSIDIZED CYLINDERS IN A YEAR. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

I'm Keya Saraswati SINGLE domestic connection holder, Consumer No 360039 under SOUTH END GAS DISTRIBUTOR of Valley Park, Garia, Kol - 700 084.
I've book my Refill on 11/02/2013 and got confirmation No 479773 on 12th Feb, 2013 but till now I did not get my refill. I'v made several complaint but all are in vain. Lastly I've shocked to hear that my refill has already been delivered by the said distributor on 1st March, 2013 though I did not get any refill cylinder in my house.
I've lodged several complaints on 28/02/13 850482, 5/3/13 - Com No 857293, 9/3 - 861825, 11/3 - 864139 & lastly 15/3/13 but sorry to say with surprise NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN against the said complaints.
As per Govt. policy declared on Sept. 2012 that upto March 2013 domestic cylinder holder should get 6 refill but in my case when I can complete don't know .
And from the view of your of Distributor's delivery system, I'm sure my refill quota is misusing meaning you know better.
Not only that I'm also sure lots of persons of oil PSU are involved in the racket otherwise Distributors can not run alone.
After Sept. 2012 I've received my refill on Nov. 28th, 2012. Before that 26th July 2012, 13th April, 2012 & 17th Feb. 2012. i, e, in the year 2013 I've received only 4nos Refill and only one time I got my cash memo no in my mobile. If you wish you can easily see the truth from my Cons. No 360039.
All these type refills are going to black market to run parallel refill industries in various places and deliver to sweet shop, snack bar all small restaurant and many others even domestic house also against an handsome amount.
I THINK YOU SHOULD MONITOR YOUR DISTRIBUTORS' AS WELL AS THE OTHER PERSONS (WHO ARE
INVOLVED IN THIS DIRTY GAME) HONESTLY TO HELP GENERAL PUBLIC TO GET THEIR SUBSIDIZED
REFILL IN TIME TO STOP BLACK MARKETING. PLEASE AWAKE UP AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
