[Resolved]  IPLT20 — Ticketgenie - ticket not delivered

same here. i have booked 6 tickets on march 5 and still don't have any info about courier number etc. dropped mail to [protected]@ticketgenie.in but no response. tried calling number +[protected] failing to connect.

Tickets not recieved here too. Had booked 4 tickets. Tried calling the hotline too.

Same here with me also. I have tried calling the FAX no also. But no response from them. This is an open theft that these people are upto.

Same here i had booked 16 tickets for 14th and have received none. I sent emails and also escalated as mentioned on the website. Faxed no response. Called in the nos atleast a 1000 times no avail...Feeling cheated ...Do any one know if there is any process laid down in case the tickets are not delivered...services offfered by Ticket Genie is one of the worst ...if not the worst ...Don't know if the ...the IPL committee if at all had done, ..any due deligence prior to selecting the official ticket partner...

Yes, I have had the same problem. 3 tickets booked, meant to be going to Mumbai Indians game today (13th), but no tickets, no courier email, nothing. Phone line not working, no replies to emails. Absolutely fuming, annoyed with this poor service.

I have also booked two tickets for the upcoming match between KKR and CSK on Eden Gardens, Kolkata on 16th march 2010. I booked my tickets on 5th March 2010. But am yet to receive the tickets. Called their number a thousand times but to no avail. No one picks up. Also they don't reply to your emails. Now what should I do ? Only 2days are left for the match. Please Help Me !! Anyone from Kolkata ?

tomorrows the match in eden but ticket not yet received ...

I booked two tickets for March 17th. The phone no. is false. And they do not bother to answer mails.

Can any one help in this regard. Whom should we complain??

Even I haven't recieved the tickets.. phone num not able to connect. What were the experience with others ? Did you guys got the ticket finally and went for match. Anyone from above whose match dates are passed, can you share the solution to that. !

Same here..I booked tickets on 2nd march, but not received any mail for courier details. Also their phone no is fail to connect. Plz mail me if anybody received the tickets.

finally got the ticket 1 day before. i live in greater noida 30 km away from noida. i was told that u need to pickup ur tickets at noida sec-16 bluedart branch. when i asked why they did not inform me of courier number by email or SMS, reply was "we do bulk emails and SMS it might miss sometime". ha ha
don't understand why they charged Rs60?

the number of the lady who is responsible for Delhi ticketgenie dispatch is [protected]. this phone number is not always busy as their banglore number ([protected]).

I have 6 tickets for 26th Mar, 2010 match at Motera Stadium, A'Bad by online on ticketgenie.
As per written on voucher i went to collet ticket on 18th mar, 2010 at Motera Stadium i haven't recd. tickets as the window person said me that they have yet recd. tickets for 26th march from Raj. Royals.
Its very bad as i have travelled 20 kms. to get the tickets against the voucher and i came back with empty hands.
Now i have to go agian to collect tickets before 2 days of the match.
this is very poor mamangement of tickets

Ticketgenie website not opening ... what to do...

I have booked tickets for Apr17th match b/w RCB nd MI.
today is apr15th.I have nt got any response from them till now.

I have booked two tickets for Rs2200.

Please some one help.
