I Nitish Thaman Has Been Working With Company Since The Month Of October 2008.
I Have In Row Been A Top Performer Till The Time I was In This Company.
Last Month i.e. Mar 2009. I was Not keeping Well Since I Have Donated My One Kidney To My Father.
I Had Already Informed My AVP Mr. Abhishek Surana & My Wife Had Informed VP Mr. Vineet Chaturvedi.
They Have Put My salary On hold without my information & terminated me without Any Prior Notice. Mr. Abhishek Surana Has Been Partial & Vineet Charuvedi Only Favours those people who give him something in return.
I Have also got the news that they do not plan to give me my incentives too.
When i had gone to the office on 30-Mar-09, They made me log out at 8:30pm & made me wait till 2:00am, stating that we cant give any drop.
I would like have strict action against it.

tHEN THERE ARE OTHER MEASURES LIKE PAYING THRU A CHEQUE OR MAINTENANCE OF A REGULAR PAY REGISTER. iF HE HAS NOT PAID THE SALARY THERE WILL BE NO SUCH EVIDENCE. aN EMPLOYEE CAN MOVE COURT TO OBTAIN HIS DUE.
THEN THERE MIGHT BE A CONTRACT INTO WHICH THE E AND THE E ENTERED INTO AN UNDERSTANDING. THAT TOO CAN HELP THE EMPLOYEE.
MANY AN EMPLOYEES ARE FIRED OFF WITHOUT ATTRIBUTING A REASON. IF THERE WAS NOT A GROSS MISTAKE ON PART OF THE EMPLOYEE THEN THE COURT MAY EVEN REINSTATE HIS SERVICES.
THE EMPLOYER IS EXPECTED TO SERVE A NOTICE OR PAY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT IN LIEU THEREOF.
tHERE ARE CERTAIN FACILITIES ALLOWED TO THE EMPLOYEES BY THE COURT THAT ALLOW THE SERVICE HOLDER TO PROSECUTE THE EMPLOYER WITHOUT PAYING THE STAMP DUTY
THE EMPLOYEE CAN EASILY PROCEED TO THE COURT. THESE CASES ARE SETTLED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ENTERING INTO A LENGTHY DELAY.THE EMPLOYEE GETS PAID TILL THE DATE OF THE DECISION.
