IQOR — Poor customer support for mobile servicing

Given my Panasonic phone for servicing on iqor mg road gurgaon (panasonic authorized service center) on 22nd December 2015. A lady named Vineeta, she agreed to provide my phone back within 7 to 10 days. On 4th Jan 2016 when i contacted they informed they need one more week. Same time when i contacted panasonic customer care. they where saying the phone not reached there head office for servicing. Still these days there was no response from iQor service center or even JainaIndia or from panasonic. Now a days no one is responding my calls too. contacted the following persons Mr Kapil (Floor superwiser - panasonic customer care) Mr Neeraj Gupta (Floor superwiser - panasonic customer care) Mr Madhu (Floor superwiser - panasonic customer care) Mr Rohit tomar (from Jainainida - area service manager) Mrs. Pooja ( Kashyap Manager Escalations - Jainaindia) Mrs. Vineeta Choudhary (iqor - panasonic service center gurgaon) Mr Tarun Kumar (iqor - panasonic service center gurgaon) Worst servicing worst support waist for money
