MOST PATHETIC WEBSITE AND MOST CARELESS PEOPLE FOR SERVICES I AM AGENT OF IRCTC .DAILY SECENARIO OF MORNING EITHER IF YOU REFRESH THE PAGE AT 7.55 AM,THE LOGIN PAGE WILL GET BACK AT 8.10AM OR ELSE SERVICE UNAVAILABLE MASSAGE WII FLASH. SO MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY IRCTC IS NOT UPGADING THEIR SERVER.AND WHY IRCTC IS CONTINOUSLY APPOINTING NEW AGENTS,WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE CAPCITY TO CATER THR EXISTING AGENTS. at time the of tatkal booking from 7.50 onwards it is not possible to log in until one makes a large number of attempts.the server must be upgraded to cater to need.
when you need most, even for general booking also you find service not adequate.

Ridiculous service. They are 'computerizing' everything, but like to have their own bottlenecks to facilitate their own processess... still bribe friendly!
To book a tatkaal ticket each time I have to spend 45 agonizing minutes in front of the pc. Finally I give up at the nth flash of 'service unavailable'..

Sir/Madam, I have been booking tatkal tickets from Pune to Hyderabad
and vice versa from long time, some how from 2 weeks whenever I am booking ticket, I get service not available, Last week i tried (twice) on 12th Feb my money was deducted but I got an error message after the payment was done by bank and credit card. Even three of my friends tried but we all are getting the same message could you please help
