Unable to retrieve Booked Tickets

I have an issue in the website where I cannot access my booked tickets. It shows Unable to Retrieve Due to Communication Failure. I have called up IRCTC help desk lot of times and still do not have the issue resolved. They advised few steps which I followed, but of no use. Still it shows the same problem. I spoke to one Mr. Chetan Anand, who was supposed to get back to me with the solution. But till date nobody has resolved it.

Can you please look into this.

IRCTC booked tickets history is not available/cannot be accessed.

Even I could not retrieve the booked tickets or booked tickets history. Can respective team from irctc reply how to access the confirmed ticket history. I need to take the print out to travel.

I too am not able to retrieve my booked ticket on 6305 (on 22-3-09) Cannanore Express.
Details of my waitlisted ticket on 6306 (on 22-3-09) has been e-mailed to me and so
the PNR number of this ticket is available to me. I did note down the PNR
# as I was able to find the tickets in "booked tickets history" page earlier and
so was hoping to get it from there. But, I don't find any such link now on the
page that opens after logging in.

It will be helpful if the details of the confirmed tickets is also e-mailed.
I tried looking for updated passengers-list online. This too is not available.

I have written to customer-care and awaiting reply.

Dear sir,
i am getting very much frustrated about irctc website.since from
last 10 days i have been tried to book eticket through irctc, but not able to
proceeds.every is going fine in my PC, when make payment option is coming
then ON LINE RESERVATION ERROR display on my pc.i have send mail
to care@irctc.co.in but still now i have been suffering with this problem.so please
suggest what i will do with this problem.

i was pllaning my ticket on the name of U.S.Giri from dadar to nashikroad on 7.5.09, for Panchavati express The payment made by me through SBI ATM.meanwhile server link was breaked.Amount is deducted but ticket is not generated.Please kindly arrange my ticket.My mobile No. 9850129390 Please treat it urgent.

i have a issue to put forward regarding the retrievement of booked tickets for the website.The problem is that i am unable to get a printout of my booked tickets nor any other service from the website apart from getting my tickets booked.
efforts were made to resolve this issue with the customer care, but all of them went in vain.i hope that some action would be surely taken by you in making the situation better.

Hi,

I have booked one ticket of Pune-Nanded Express the journey date is 14 Oct 2009.

The journey date has came now I want to print my ticket,
but When I tied to retrieve the ticket its not showing any history regarding Booked Tickets.

I dont know whats going I am having my Trans Id and PNR with me.

Tell me urgently what should I do?
