[Resolved]  Itz Cash Card — No response after 72 hrs

my itz cash card no[protected] ammount unused rs 36/debit wrong, earlier debit rs 60/ wrong, more times email, no responcible

can I use my Itz card for playing of playwin lottary from delhi????

have purchased recharge coupon of ITZ cash card, I transfering[protected] this amount to my old one card, but money not transfering.

placed order for ITZ card Rs1500/- on 15 may 09, confirmation received stating ORDER No; 25133, till date no response, on 20 may evening one agent from Dharavi had called asking address but said of not having Rs 500 card, i replied to get him 2 cards for Rs 1000 each next day i.e 21 morning, < 10am, till now NO RESPONSE, Mail, no call from your side

NO response from Customer Care ...Poor Customer Service @ Recharges Sumtimes not done to Mobiles but surely A third Class service of Itz Cash Card

your local executive is not active about his duty. he is not help full with new users of cash cards. so i am sorry i will not use itz cash card in future. best of luck to all member.

I have recharged on 29-11-09to till date more than five times through mob [protected] an amount of Rs.300/-by using cash card. But till date it has not been activated . Please look into the matter personally and do the needfull at the earliest.
