I booked a packet vide speed post No.EP[protected]IN on 04.06.2009, which was meant to be delivered in Canada to Georgian College, One Georgian Drive, Barrie, ON Canada. The packet still remains to be undelivered. Please get the same delivered to the addressee immediately and report cause of delay. Also inform what compensation I am entitled for this delay. Consultancy — Non- delivery of document
My Client M/s. U A L - Uttarpradesh booked a docket on 1st september 2009. The docket number is[protected].On enquiry at Banaras office, it is informed that, the document is lying at Secunderabad office and they asked to contact on the phone number[protected]. On contacting in this today between 12.30 & 2.30 PM for 3 times, they told us that the consignment is booked from Varanasi to New Delhi and the same is not forwarded to Secunderabad.For immediate action please.

I sent a courier with No. F04457074 from Secunderabad to Trichy, Tamilnadu on the 18th June at 11.54 am. The promised delivery date given was 20th June. Till today (22nd June) it has not been delivered.This is an important document required by 23rd morning.
What is DTDC going to do about this?
