My name is ratheesh and this is regarding shama transport support. My travel was on[protected] on shama bus from bangalore to thrissur. on the way to thrissur the bus got accident. instead of taking us to board any bus which is going thrissur they are waiting for their own bus. After 4-5 hours they are telling that the bus is going to start form bangalore after 2 hours and will reach here in another 5-7 hours. they did not tried to take on any other bus and they are not sure about the coming of their bus.At last at my own risk we took another bus by paying fare. after reaching my place i asked about the refunding they told that we need to come to bangalore to get the refund eventhough their own office is there in thrissur. The way they are talking over phone is very bad. Some times we feel that we have done some mistake by asking our money refunding back.

Yes it is true with most of the bath fittings manufacturing companies but a company named as Aqua Plumbings really helped me even after 6 years o[censored]se. its really a very good company and take care of its customers.though products of aqua have been working well for last 12 years. if anyone having such kind of problem with bathroom fitting manufacturers, I will suggest them to go for Aqua plumbings ( Plumber). I am really happy with the company's products.

we are using your water taps since last one year .That are not working. we want that please send me in email the contact no. of places baripada or balasore or bhubhneswar these places are in the state orissa.

Past 3 months i am suffering with my Jaguar Bathroom shower mixer, it has never worked since the day i installed, after repeated complians they said that they cannot give me replacement as Rats have eaten it from inside and its damaged. They have given me 1 year warranty ! And now they want me to pay them Rs 11400 for it !!

I request all you guys not to ever buy this brand. Its very clear that they are looking for an excuse not to fix it. There are no rats in my house. . . .The real Rats are these Jaguar People themselves !!!

past 2 weeks i am suffering wid my jaguar bathroom mixer and toilet push flush button problem, mixer had its handle been hooked up and even after no. of repeated complains to the local authority delr(nasik), der had been no response regarding it.The jaguar plumber left without rectifiying the fault, saying he would visit the following day..But I have not received any response from Jaguar.

this is rajat from delhi.i have got my entire bathroom fittings from jaguar.i really feel sad to say this i am really not satisfied with the fittings i.e overhead shower and the mixer of the wash basin.its been 4yrs i have been using these fittings and have recomended others but i myself is not satisfied with its working.i had made complaints to jaguar off also but they could not solve my problem.the overhead shower leaks and the mixer when we use it for hot water side the pressure lower downs that there is no water.this is a humble request to see to this problem and get it replaced as soon as possible.m-[protected]

Single lever basin mixer — water flowing out side the basin

I bought a single lever basin mixer for our wash basin model floraantine. The water is flowing out side the basin. Pl provide assistance and replace with some other model suitable for the basin.

Single Lever Basin Mixer Hubix — Water is flowing out of basin

Sir,
I Bought all the Sanitary Fitting of Jaquar Make. I feel problem in Single Lever Basin Mixer (Kubix) Long Boy . I fixed it on the Counter Top Basin Hindware Art Collection.
My Problem is that the Water is flowing outside the basin when we turn off the Mixer. It is due to short outlet of the product.
Please look into the matter and replace the product suitable for wash basin.

Another problem is in Vignetta Divertor , The handle is loose and it appears any screw is mixing in that. Please send your service person for the above problems.

I have used all Jaquar bath fitting for my seven bath rooms. i am using them since last three months. Till date I am satisfied with the product except the health faucet . In two of the bath rooms, health faucet which is used at commode area has broken three times in last 3 months in my two bath rooms. Repair was done twice in one of the bath rooms, but I expect it will last only for a month or so. Now again another bath room has started breakage of the spring portion of the health faucet. This health faucet is not made of steel but probably of some inferior quality metal probably aluminium or Zinc. I would request company to replace my all health faucets of my all bath rooom with better quality health faucet of stainless steel so that I do not have to approach frequently for the breakage.

WE HAD PURCHASED AROUND 25 NO'S SINGLE LEVER WALL MIXER'S ( DIVERTORS) OF JAGUAR MAKE ABOUT 4 YRS BACK FOR OUR SERVICE APARTMENTS, FROM SRINATH SANITARY, AT BANGALORE, FROM THE LAST TWO MONTHS ONE OF THE WALL MIXER IS HAVING PROBLEMS WHERE IN THE FLOW OF THE HOT WATER IS VERY VERY SLOW. AFTER WE LODGED THE COMPLAINT, THE TECHNICIAN HAS COME AND BUT HAS NOT ATTENDED THE FAULT, SAYING THE CARTRIDGE HAS TO BE CHANGED AND IT WOULD COST US RS.1500.00. WE WERE SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS, AS THE FITTINGS COME WITH A 7 YRS WARRANTY, BUT WHEN COMPLAINED AGAINST THIS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY SAID THAT THEY SHALL BE SENDING A SENIOR TECHNICIAN TO ASCERTAIN WHAT THE EXACT FAULT IS. ALSO SHOCKED TO HEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY, EXCEPT FOR THEIR SERVICE, FOR WHICH THEY DO NOT CHARGE. WE WONDER, IF THIS IS THE CASE WHY DO WE PAY SO HEFTY AMOUNTS FOR THE FITTINGS, WHEREIN ONLY THEIR SERVICE IS WARRANTIED. WILL SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THIS ?

Hi,

I bought a Jaquar tap and withing 7 days it began to drip, the technician came and opened the tap and said that he has replaced the washer. Asked for Rs.40 for the same. When I asked to speak to his manager he said that's okay and wanted to leave. I spoke to his manager and asked him how can they say washer is faulty after 7 days.
Now after 40 days the tap has started to drip again. I was to replace all the taps at home luckily I choose to replace just one. With the feedback her I will go for some other brand.

I installed Jaguar florentine range of showers, hand shower and mixer around 3 weeks ago after which the mixer broke. It is over a week now and all I have been provided is a complaint number. The plumber called me when I was not at home and agreed to come at a specified time the next day.It has been over one week now and he has neither called nor turned up. I am tired of calling the dealer- Indoor Outdoor on east street Pune from where I bought these fittings.It is sheer harassment of customers .I have had to turn off the water supply completely to the bathroom hence it is rendered out o[censored]se . I strongly recommend blacklisting this company for providing substandard product and services.
