Now Jaquar complaints are being attended timely & service level is satisfactory.

We would like to bring your kind attention, against our complain no. 11028016 & 11028018 dt. 19.12.2011. already 17 days passed away but e no body turned up till date, as the matter of fact being a big player in the industry we didn't expect these type of services from your side, being the customer we are suffering from long time, & we are awaiting for your prompt response these time.

I registered an urgent complain # 051606 dated 11-Jul-2012 in Jaquar complain cell but no response till now. Very poor service. I sincerely urge authority to take it seriously.
