We Mr.Jai Prakash Naraian Tiwari & Mrs. Shanti Tiwari had 200 shares of Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Limited. The certificate numbers are 6464119 & 6464120 bearing respective distinctive nos. [protected] to [protected] & [protected] to [protected]. However, we have not received any share certificate of JSW. Although we have received dividend warrants of share certificate bearing Folio no. JSW-029829. We have written letters. But are to get any response. Our DP ID is IN 302679 and Demat A/c No. with ICICI Bank Ltd. is 36374809. My correspondence address is Dumara, Ward No.4; Bhisa Road, PO-Sitamarhi, District- Sitamarhi, Bihar; PIN- 843301. We request you to either send share certificate in physical form to our address or in D-mat form. We had already sent ECS mandate along with copy of share certificate. After amalgamation in 2005 , I have been allocated 8 shears under folio no JSW0401241.I have not received the shear certificates so far and would request you to do needful.
i have my demat account with ICICI BANK . IN CASE YOU CAN TRASFER MY SHEARS TO MY DEMAT ACCOUNT , I SHALL SEND YOU THE SAME ON RECEIVING CONFIRMATION FROM YOU
