I gave my Honda Activa for general service with the complaint of Self Start not working. They have repaired it and charged Rs. 176 for replacement of Relay Comp & Start, After 15 days i was noticed there is some noise at the engine even though the key is switched off. Again I visited their service station and I told them about the problem, they took 3 days and told the problem is corrected. Again I faced the same issue after 15 days and gave it for servicing again they took 3 days and I was told that they have corrected the problem and returned the vehicle. After 10 days I faced the same issue then after keeping the vehicle with them for 3 days and I was told that the problem is with the relay comp unit and they have replaced and charged for it, this was initially replaced by them. Every time i visited, I explained them clearly the problem, today when I am questioning them initially the managers are very calm and when they it was their fault they were simply shouting on the customer and at the end i was ended up paying RS. 1415 Whenever this problem occurs the noise will be stopped only after the battery completely dried because of this I ended up replacing the battery. And also one of the fellow customer had other problem, he bought a new honda shine with them , after 5 days they had come with the complaint that their battery is not working. These service centre people kept their bike with them for 7 days and saying it will take few more days to replace the battery. Bottom Line: Step 1. Whenever a customer comes with some minor problems Step 2. Fix the issue also initiate few issues to fix them in the future and earn more money also make sure that with this flaw the existing parts should get damaged to earn even more money. Myself V anjaneyulu, recently I am given my bike for servicing at JSP Honda Services, Kukatpally. Worst Experience. my bike automatically getting slow in Running and getting down no pick up after swervicing and your official not responding at when I am visited with Issue. date of Servicing Invoice No.AP[protected] DATED 22/08/2019 of Rs. 1921.74. Please take necessary action and hope Best from You.

your supervisor behaving as his own wish, not at all have ethics and rudely behaving with customer. mechanics are expert or local mechanics not at all servicing was satisfactory.
I visited them to replace the Self Start relay comp unit and they have replaced it and charged Rs. 176, They did not fix it properly and it introduced a new problem, there is some noise at the engine even though the ignition key is off. and the noise is stopped only once the battery is completely discharged. After this I visited them 3 times in the span of 45 days for the same problem and each time they took 2-3 days and still the problem is not rectified. To day they have charged more than Rs. 1400 for 1. replacing the relay comp unit and when i asked them that few days back i've replaced the same unit with them and they were saying there is no guarantee for those small individual units and the initial improper service damaged the battery.
There the supervisors and managers responses are worst. even though its their mistake you ended up paying the charges.
