[Resolved]  JSP HONDA,ANNANAGAR, CHENNAI — CUSTEMER SATISFACTION

I boked honda unicorn on 30-aug-08, booking no.USAU133. and they asked 8 weeks to delivery, Ipaid Rs.1000/- as booking fee, and i paid the balance amount of Rs. 67, 867+918 on 30 oct and theypromise me to deliver the vehicle on 31 st oct at 5.00 pm, I was there at 5.15 pm and they bought the vehicle from the display piece at 7.45pm from the showroom to delivery section (ground floor) by steps (not on the ramp) on this time the showroom general manager was there on seeing this, is it fare to do like this, please take action on jsp honda chennai.

I am R Sreenivasan. I bought a Honda CB shine from JSP Anna Nagar on 22/01/2016. On 20/02/2016 I have the vehicle for servicing at Honda Service at Thirumangalam, Chennai 40. I have given the vehicle without a single scratch but during the servicing some heavy scratching occured at the right side of the fuel tank and on the head light mask. However the service engineers informed that without their knowledge the scratches happened and they will replace the fuel tank within four days. Now 21 days passed still I am yet to get the call from service centre. I am very disappointed because they advice us not to give the vehicle for servicing to the other mechanics. But they themselves damaged the vehicle and delaying to replace the damaged parts. My vehicle No. is Tn 02 BD 4496. I have called many times to Honda service centre but Mr Vijay, Manager of the service centre informed that the spare has not arrived yet and on arrival of the fuel tank they will call me. Hoping to get the call at the earliest.

I have buy Honda activa on 02 may 2016 they told me tr no will be given tomorrow but still after 5 days there not provide me tr no.For this I have challan 2000 by police. Iam totally un satisfied with Honda services in hyd. Pls look into this issue.
Since 0 option is not there I am rating it as 1 star, JSP Anna Nagar branch, has a horrible customer service ever seen in my life time, I would suggest everyone who looks at this post, Not to buy from this branch!! It is not only me but there are so many customers who are facing this issue. Unfortunately, I booked a Honda hornet. I booked a honda dio on 29 December 2018 in Anna nagar Chennai;600040,
Booking no :NNDSTD497,
Receipt no :0303426 with payment of rs 5999/- while booking itself they promised me that if cibil scores and cibil related any issue is not a problem and we definitely deliver the vehicle,
But now after 12 days they are saying that we can't provide you the vehicle and if you you want you can cancel the booking and cancellations charges is applicable,
Is this the way to cheat the customer?
