I boked honda unicorn on 30-aug-08, booking no.USAU133. and they asked 8 weeks to delivery, Ipaid Rs.1000/- as booking fee, and i paid the balance amount of Rs. 67, 867+918 on 30 oct and theypromise me to deliver the vehicle on 31 st oct at 5.00 pm, I was there at 5.15 pm and they bought the vehicle from the display piece at 7.45pm from the showroom to delivery section (ground floor) by steps (not on the ramp) on this time the showroom general manager was there on seeing this, is it fare to do like this, please take action on jsp honda chennai. Since 0 option is not there I am rating it as 1 star, JSP Anna Nagar branch, has a horrible customer service ever seen in my life time, I would suggest everyone who looks at this post, Not to buy from this branch!! It is not only me but there are so many customers who are facing this issue. Unfortunately, I booked a Honda hornet. I booked a honda dio on 29 December 2018 in Anna nagar Chennai;600040,
Booking no :NNDSTD497,
Receipt no :0303426 with payment of rs 5999/- while booking itself they promised me that if cibil scores and cibil related any issue is not a problem and we definitely deliver the vehicle,
But now after 12 days they are saying that we can't provide you the vehicle and if you you want you can cancel the booking and cancellations charges is applicable,
Is this the way to cheat the customer?
