Jyothi Enterprises — Poor delivery service
Sir,I am the customer of INDANE GAS , and i want to make you know that JYOTHI ENTERPRISES agency which is situated at Agapura colony , dharusalam , nampally , hyd. My gas No. 20862 and customer name is Ramesh singh . I have booked my gas on Nov and they told me that they will sent the gas within 12 day but i didn't got the delivery yet. when i went there they are saying that ask Naresh who is the broker in between the these company and delivery boys. when i tell them that i didn't know that person they use to tell me that if you dont know than don't ask here and tell bads words. That time i want to complaint the police but i think that i have to first complaint the company.
So please try to take some action against that agency and try to improve the customer service .
