Jyothi Enterprises — non delivery of cylinder

Sir,

This is vinaykar my consumer No:[protected] Agency: Jyothi Enterprises (Indane Gas Distributor) Hyderabad. I booked my cylinder on 8th Aug 2017 on 10th Aug 2017 I received SMS that the cylinder is delivered with cash memo no:[protected]. But still I din't received.

So, I request you to look into the matter, because without cylinder we are unable to cook and we are forced to go outside for eating.
