[Resolved]  jyoti gas service,ropar — poor service

i, pardeep kumar booked my cylinder on 12/8/08. on not recieving the cylinder till 21/8/08, i enquired the staus .on 25/8/08 i was shocked that on enquiring about the staus, they told me that my booking no. is 7441 dated 21/8/08. on 30th when i enquired from reception by presenting myself there, they told that trolly has gone to deliver the cylinder. i wated till 15.00 hrs, trolly came, i enquired about my cylinder, delievery boy told me that he has no information about my cylinder. i went to the gas agency. madam noted my mobile no.i complained to mr. sameer, indane customer care officer.i was astonished that within ten minutes, the person who denies me the cylinder, delivered the same at my home, he has the slip etc.
definitly there is some racket which is there, what is ur opinion
