Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Jyoti gas service, Ropar. My consumer number is 27624.Booking time they had said me you receive your cyllinder 5.11.2010.But till date, the same is not delivered to me. When agian I went to the agency to enquire about it, then staff told me you receive your cyllinder 19.11.2010. but sir i have only one cyllinder ,so i face many problems these days. poor service
i, pardeep kumar booked my cylinder on 12/8/08. on not recieving the cylinder till 21/8/08, i enquired the staus .on 25/8/08 i was shocked that on enquiring about the staus, they told me that my booking no. is 7441 dated 21/8/08. on 30th when i enquired from reception by presenting myself there, they told that trolly has gone to deliver the cylinder. i wated till 15.00 hrs, trolly came, i enquired about my cylinder, delievery boy told me...
