Registered my NEW SWIFT ZXI on 8 jan, 2015 bearing no. MH O5 CH 2943 from PRAKASH AUTO, KONGAON, its been 4 months still not I have received the rc book .

I have not received the RC book Tw wheeler No. MH05CW2256

I am sangeeta kadam. I have purchased my second hand bike no. MH05BF5937 last year. Till date i have not received any communication for RC book nor physical. Its same traditional pathethic service of kalyan RTO. There is no official website were we lodge complaint. Phone not answerable.
