Karbonn K570 — DEFECTIVE MOBILE KARBONN K570 | |||
I purchased a Karbonn K570 mobile from Homeshop18 vide order no 33617635 on 1st May, 2011 and the handset was delivered promptly on 6th May 2011. On receiving the handset I observed that the date of import was Jan 2010 that is more than 1 year old. I also found that the audio quality was poor , there was no call volume control and 0 and # buttons were not working. I found the address of Karbonn service centre in in ludhiana to be at Dhir Electronics GAUSHALLA ROAD NEAR DIV. NO 3 and went there with the handset. They looked at it and kept with them for 3 days.After repair I found that the touchscreen system of the set was not working and its vibration system had also become defective when the set is turned on the vibrating mode it becomes silent and does not vibrate I also tried their toll free number given on the box ie [protected] which is barred and email id [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com which does not exist. CONCLUSION: 1. HOMESHOP18 AND KARBONN MOBILES ARE SELLING NON MOVING DEFECTIVE HANDSETS IN THE MARKET AND MAKING INDIAN CONSUMER BUY IT 2. KARBONN MOBILES DO NOT HAVE ANY PROPER SERVICE CENTRES OR CUSTOMER CARE 3. I HOPE AUTHORITIES AT KARBONN CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL COME FORWARD TO HELP ME OUT BEFORE I KNOCK AT THE DOOR OF CONSUMER FORM. sir: i gave my phone which imei no. is [protected] to vaishnavi services shop no. 6 & 7" plot no. 45 mohan park west guru angad nager delhi 92" contect no. 43019955 on 14 sep 2010. so our complent is there are no responce from service center and no any calls from there" althouh they told that they are call to me when cellphone is repair" but there are no responce from there. so please see my reqest and reply me on my e mail i.d. it has been almost too late sir to give my cellphone to service center.

karbonn mobile/k570 — mobile service delay
dear sir i purchased karboon mobile k570 model from pujara telecom from rajkot in month of february 2010. in month of july there was a touch screen problem n i visited authorised service station of karboon mobile i got reply that there was a big problem i have to send it io banglore for replacement but from till i didnt got any satisfactory answer from them even talking with his technition several times.this mobile purchased on my wife name jalpa joshi and till time it is in wearranty period. kinldy give me gudience for that issue.
