Kaunsa.com — Product not delivered yet | |||
I have ordered Samsung galaxy tab2 on 19th Jan 2013. However they have confirmed order date on 4th Feb 2013 and payment also paid though credit card. Order should be delivered by 7-10 days as per their delivery rules. But still i haven't received my product, also when i called to customer care, they are saying always product will reached this weekend. as the same 2 weekend has gone but still i haven't received my product. I ordered a KARBONN A30 Black mobile handset on 11th of JULY 2013, from www.kaunsa.com, Order No. KA/145995/MW1IUJZF. There was no option of cash on delivery on kaunsa.com, so I payed the (7385 Rs) amount by NET Banking. On kaunsa.com website they show thee maximum delivery period was 26th of JULY 2013, . After 15 days whenever I called the customer care, every time they say that my order will be delivered in next week surelly. But i am tired to hear them like this. Now I still not get my orderd product.
