Kaunsa.com — Refund of money | |||||
I had ordered a mobile handset via Kaunsa.com and was due to receive the mobile on 29th June, 2013. However, the seller failed to deliver as he was out of stock and inturn promise to repay my money in 10 to 15 days timeframe. It is now more than 20 days and i still havent received my money back. Each time i am trying to speak to their representative they are giving me different different excuses. To me it is simply escaping the responsibility. hi even im d victim of kaunsa.com. ..booked n paid money on 18th September 2013. order no KA / 166332 / 09MOUJR6.lets file FIR against the company or go to their noida office n teach them a gud lesson...taking police along or write to noida commissioner n take self action against dis company n so called executives..in front of 50 customers whr dis company office wl survive. . contact me on [protected] or [protected]@rediffmail.com
