[Resolved] Kenstar Microwave — After sales service | |||
I Ranajit Ray Chaudhuri logged a complain (KOL[protected]) on 4th July 2012 to repair my Kenstar Microwave. Service Engineer Soumen Banerjee ([protected]) from Serampore Service Center took off the PCB without any written document confirming to replace that with a new one. The appliance is out-of-order and nobody from Kenstar Service center is ready to listen this complain. This is a clear case of cheating by Kenstar. Please advice how to resolve and escalate this issue to the highest level. Was this information helpful? | |||

Microwave — After Sales Service
Its about going to one and half month we are trying to contact IFB ( Electronics & Appliances ) company Service center to visit for Microwave that is currently not working and under warranty.. But no action or not even single person has come yet to visit.Thanks & Regards,
