I had purchased Kent Grand plus RO system on 17th Jan-2010 from M/s Joystick Health care , Surat, Gujarat. After the First free service, your RO system are giving frequent problems and water is not being filtered properly by RO system. Four times i had called your representative with in 15 days duration time for check up & repairs. Every times the respresntative either clean the sediment filter or replace the solenoid switch.
Due to above, i am facing problems and i need to purchase an additional water bottle from external aganecy though i have a RO system with me.
While purchasing the RO system i had given a special consideration to kent for its better service and quality. I am sorry to say that i was wrong.
I am very much fad up by your RO system. Look into the problem and possible replace the complete machine with new one or return the money back. Was this information helpful? |
